音樂治療

四周前我們在中華醫院的演出，使那裏的老人很開心，到現在他們很經常提起此事。中華醫院願意和我們長期合作，開展一個長年的《音樂治療》項目。因為他們發現音樂會讓這些養老院裏孤獨老人開心。中華醫院養老院的老人們用的方言有：廣東話，潮州話，客家話，普通話，韓語，等等。但是音樂是天地之間的語言，他們聽得明白，喜歡欣賞。

老吾老以及人之老。每年一度的歲末演出只能讓他們開心一次。我們將計劃，每週都安排兩三位孩子去那裡表演才藝。我們的家長合唱團可以定期去那裏的舞台上唱一兩首歌。這樣我們的孩子學有所用，也鍛鍊了膽量。家長們也有定期表演的機會。同時又能讓養老院的長者開懷。不亦樂乎！

本週六（三月十四日）下午我們將在中華醫院做一場表演（下午13:30 排練，14:30-15:30 表演）。

這場show將正式啟動《音樂治療》項目（Musical Therapy Program）。項目的發起人，中華醫院的Andrea女士信中如是說：

“

I was thinking to run this program on a weekly basis Every week (weekdays & weekend). We schedule students according to their availability (morning, afternoon, evening) to perform for our patients. We would like to encourage members to not only come as a whole but also solo, duo, trio ... We would like create more opportunities for members of this program to perform & involve in the music therapy program & this would also create many benefits to our patients as well.

We would like to fill in all the different time shifts for all 7 days. This might be a challenge. So far, I have weekend morning shifts complete for the month of march.

f you have any members interested to take part in the music therapy & are available during the afternoon that would be great.

There's been some changes in the shifts :

Shift #1 : 

Arrival time for set-up : 10:00am

Performance time : 10:30am - 11:30am

At 11:30am, the staff members will start accompanying residents to the dining

Performance time : 3:00pm-4:00pm

We would like to have a show which is well choreographed。 It is best to choose happy energetic Chinese music so that the seniors can relate to.

For me to better plan the schedule, I appreciate if you could

send me the following info :

Example : 1) The name of the person in charge

                  2) The names & ages of the children involve

                  3) The instrument that each child will be playing

                  4) The shifts available

                            2:30pm-3:30pm : Performance time

如果您對《音樂治療》項目感興趣，請您回复此信。一些青少年需要義工時間（比如，有的中學對有義工時間的要求，另外申請大學的CEGEP學生也需要有義工的經歷） 。這將是很好的一個義工機會。

《音樂治療》項目運行方式如下：

• 每一重大節日，或每兩月有一次在醫院的大活動廳正式演出。
• 平時，義工（表演節目的同學）選擇一個時間（比如：每月第一週的週六3:30pm - 4:30pm）定期為老人表演。平時的表演在醫院的樓層活動廳進行。醫院每個樓層住有32名老人，共四層。表演形式多種，比如，可以二三人一組，在每個樓層彈鋼琴15分鐘，共計1小時。
• 表演週期可以是四週或六週一次。這樣孩子平時學音樂才藝時有一個目標：一定將曲目練熟，幾週後，服務於長者。
• 許多有關項目的細節將在運行過程中，逐步完善。
